The Gasworks Singers are an enthusiastic offshoot of the Gasworks Choir, mainly consisting of those who have been in the choir for a while. Directed by Dee Jarlett, these 35 or so singers perform original arrangements by Ali and Dee for local charity and arts events, festivals and private parties. They wear a splash of purple with their red and orange clothes and their repertoire is up-beat pop songs, folk and world music.
